Board of Directors

  • Hayley Arlt: President, Executive Director

-Mother of two beautiful and amazing daughters— one who is disabled, neurodivergent, and medically complex

-Passionate, neurodivergent-affirming advocate for people with disabilities and medical complexity

-Former teacher and reading specialist turned caregiver and disability advocate

My passion is to take the wealth of knowledge I have gathered throughout our journey raising a medically complex, disabled daughter to support your family. Our family has had access to life changing services, therapies, and financial support that have transformed both Everly’s life and our entire family’s overall well-being. My desire is to help similar families do the same! I hope to decrease the stress and anxiety around the logistics of taking care of and supporting your child to improve your entire family’s quality of life.
